- Regular City Council Meetings: Second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 5 p.m.
- Work Sessions: Mondays beginning at 4 p.m. Additional work sessions may be held on the first or third Tuesdays as needed.

- Pick up printed agendas at City Hall. Call the Clerk’s Office at 970-429-2687 for assistance

- Public comment occurs immediately following council roll call at the beginning of the meeting.
- Speakers are allotted up to three minutes
- Comments should focus on issues, not individuals
- Residents are encouraged to prepare remarks in advance
- Arrive on time to avoid missing your opportunity to speak
- Once seated at the desk in front of council, press the microphone button to activate it. A green light indicates the microphone is on
- Use the Zoom link provided on the meeting agenda
- Select the “Raise Hand” feature when the mayor opens public comment
