Mill St. Storm Pipe Lining Project
The City of Aspen, in partnership with American West Construction, Inc., will be completing stormwater pipe lining work to improve and extend the life of existing underground infrastructure. This project is an important part of maintaining Aspen’s stormwater system and protecting the health of the Roaring Fork River. By lining the existing pipes, we can repair aging infrastructure, avoid full replacements, and minimize disruptions to the community.
This work began in October 2025 and will be completed this spring.
Where:
Mill Street between the Pitkin County Library alley and Puppy Smith Road.
When:
April 6-10, 2026.
Impacts:
Single lane alternating traffic impacts in work zones. Please allow extra time for travel and follow all posted signage.
Extended work hours or Saturday work may occur as needed.
