Would a cap or limit on the number of STR licenses be possible? Perhaps a limit of 250 in the town (I have no idea how many there currently are!) and then you can apply for one and be on the waiting list if someone else turns theirs in, allows it to expire, or fails to pay.

Thank you for your suggestion! You are welcome to submit your responses to our STR Questionnaire that is currently available on the STR project page, and/or submit your input to staff at AspenEngage@aspen.gov for inclusion in our reports to Aspen City Council.
